    A:Yes, we are, we can provide excellent goods at competitive price.Also we have our own casting line.
    Q:Which kind of test reports do your products have?
    A:Our products successfully pass CE, ISO9001, SASO
    Q:How can you guarantee your sales’ quality?
    A:To control quality, we have four testing procedures: initial inspection, re-inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection.
    Q:What is your delivery date?
    A: It depends. Normally, 20-30 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details
    Q:What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
    A:Usually, T/T 30% deposit to start production, the balance paid by BL copy.
    Q:What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order’s quantity?
    A:The price will discount some. More QTY, more discount.
    Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
    A:Our min order qty is 1000pcs.
    Q:Can we mix the 20ft container?
    A: Yes, if the items are meet our min order qty.
    Q:Can you help customers to source other supplier & products?
    A:Sure, we’d like to source suppliers & products for you with 2-3% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and control products quality.
    Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
    A:We are located in Yongkang City Zhejiang province China near Yiwu City and Shanghai City about 1 hour’s driving from Yiwu. All our clients from home and abroad are warmly welcome to visit us.

    A:Our production capacity is 100,000 pcs a month,for Gas stove. 50,000pcs for Cast Iron Stove.
    Q:Where is your main market?
    A: Our main market is in the South America and Southeast Asia, Euro, North America, Africa ,more than 50 countries
    Q:Can we use our shipping agent?
    A:Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.

    Q:If I want to visit your factory, which is the nearest international airport or domestic airport?

    Q:How long can I get samples?
    A:10-20 days to send sample via DHL, UPS or other international express.
